At Vvalenne, we aim to ensure your experience reflects the quality and care behind each piece.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unworn and unused
- Be free from damage, scratches, or signs of wear
- Be returned in its original Vvalenne packaging
- Include all accompanying documentation (such as certificates and proof of purchase)

Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Earrings or body jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
- Rings that have been resized (before or after purchase)
- Engraved or personalised items
- Custom, made-to-order, or specially sourced pieces
- Sale items and gift cards
Return Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
