Order Processing & Production

All orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

As many of our pieces are made-to-order, customised, or specially sourced, please allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks for production and preparation prior to dispatch.

This timeframe ensures that each piece is carefully selected, prepared, and quality-checked before being delivered.


Shipping Timeframes

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within Australia.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

At this time, Vvalenne ships within Australia only.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


Delivery & Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched, it is transferred to the shipping carrier.

From this point, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer, subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

Vvalenne is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@vvalenne.com as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping provider to investigate and assist where possible.
